 With the rate of underemployment in Africa, it has become
 essential to equip youths with relevant and modern skills for
 marketplace  relevance,  while  also  showing  them  how  to
 monetise those skills.


 15. Business loans
 Given  the  large  number  of  small-scale  businesses  on  the
 continent  and  the  critical  role  they  play  in  reducing   D I V E R S E   U N T A P P E D

 unemployment and economic inequality, there is a need to   INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES
 create  systems  that support  MSMEs  with  long-term,  low-
 interest business loans.
